Day 1

Yellowknife

 

Welcome to Yellowknife!! The Northwest Territory in Canada!! 

 

Arrival in the Yellowknife Airport, and then you will be transferred to a local restaurant for lunch.

 

Hotel Package

In the afternoon, you will have time at leisure until the dinner time.  You will have dinner at a local restaurant.

At night, you will be transferred to an Aboriginal Village for a cultural aurora viewing. After that, you will be transferred back to the hotel you stay.

Lodge Package

After lunch, you will have a city tour in Yellowknife, and then you will be transferred to Trout Rock Lodge at dusk. You will enjoy your dinner at the lodge. After dinner, you will have the whole night to enjoy aurora viewing.

Day 2

Yellowknife

 

Breakfast will be served.

 

Hotel Package

In the morning, you will have a city tour of Yellowknife, and then you will be transferred to a local restaurant for lunch.

For autumn itinerary (Aug 15 – Sep 30), in the afternoon, you will have the Cameron Falls Tour and enjoy your time at leisure after until dinner time.

For winter itinerary (Dec 01 – Apr 15), in the morning, you will enjoy ice fishing Lunch will be provided and dinner will be at a local restaurant.

At night, you will be transferred to an Aboriginal Village for a cultural aurora viewing. After that, you will be transferred back to the hotel you stay.

  

Lodge Package

For autumn itinerary (Aug 15 – Sep 30): in the morning, enjoy the boat trip on the Great Slave Lake which is the second largest lake in Canada. Your lodge is located at the north arm of the Great Slave Lake that is a good spot for trophy pick fishing. And then, you will have a berry picking tour on the island to enjoy the beauty of nature in the wilderness. You will have your lunch on the island. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure, you dinner will be prepared at the lodge. Tonight, you will have a whole night aurora viewing.

For winter itinerary (Dec 01 – Apr 15): Today you will have a chance to enjoy many winter outdoor activates: snowmobile, ice fishing and snowshoeing.  During the lunch, you can enjoy the sashimi of the fish you just catch along with buffalo stew and aboriginal bannock. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure, you dinner will be prepared at the lodge. Tonight, you will have a whole night aurora viewing.

Day 3

Yellowknife

Hotel Package

For autumn itinerary (Aug 15 – Sep 30), in the morning, enjoy the boat trip on the Great Slave Lake which is the second largest lake in Canada. The scenic views of the island are untouched as like hundreds years ago. You will have a shore lunch at the Great Slave Lake. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure. You will a dinner at a local restaurant.

For winter itinerary (Dec 1 – Apr 15), you will have the dog sledding tour with an optional snowmobile tour. 

Tonight, your will have your aurora viewing by deluxe bus to go for different lake areas. After that, you will be transferred back to the hotel you stay.

Lodge Package

For autumn itinerary (Aug 15 – Sep 30):

In the morning, you will hike on Enodah Island for photo shooting, you will return to the lodge to have lunch. You will have the whole afternoon at leisure; you can enjoy a dip in the hot tub operated by traditional wooden stove. Your dinner will be prepared at the lodge. Tonight, you will have a whole night aurora viewing.

For winter itinerary (Dec 01 – Apr 15): 

In the morning, you will return to the city of Yellowknife and join the dog Sledding Tour. After lunch, you will enjoy the afternoon at leisure. You will have dinner at a local restaurant. At night, you will be transferred to an Aboriginal Village for a cultural aurora viewing. After that, you will be transferred back to the hotel you stay.

Day 4

Breakfast will be served.

Check out and then you will be transferred to the airport for your return flight.
